Payment Past Due from VERIDOX, INC

Did a sining for a first & a second on 12/14/2005. Fee $90.00 They return phone calls, don't answer invoices. Anybody know this Tony Duong? Thre client was Golden State Escrow

Contact the TC and lender and inform them of the situation. And ask them if they would please intercede with the SS, on your behalf, to help you collect your fee.

Most TC's have a contract with the SS that requires them to pay you. If the SS is not paying their Notaries in a timely manner, then they are in breach of the contract. And this can result in the SS loosing their contract with the TC.

I did a signing for VERIDOX and they paid within 7 days so it seems a little odd. I'd call them directly and address the issue with them again. As for your fee, that was way too low. I never do a 1st and 2nd for less than $120. Oh well, now you know and knowing is half the battle.
