Printing Back to Back
I just purchased a new xerox that allows me to print back to back. While I know not to print back to back the documents I send back, but how about the the borrowers copies, Is it acceptable to print them back to back. This would cut the cost of paper.
thanks

Re: Printing Back to Back - I would not. 3 reasons
I would not do it because you get the occasional poorly signed document and need the copy out of the stack.
Copies of RTCs need to be signed and identical to the one you gave them.
I am supposedly giving the bwr a copy identical to the copy they signed.

I hate double sided docs. Sal - hopin' that printer is a laser that has PCL-6 drivers! Otherwise, you won't be looking too good if you want to make more money by printing edocs.

That's a thought. I've seen borrowers copy from the lender that was printed back to back or all legal while the ones going back to them are printed differently and sometimes on better paper. I'll check my printer for that capability.

I never intentionally print back to back. I receive docs on occasion and when they start printing they will print back to back on their own. My printer has the capability of it (obviously) and some doc packets are predispositioned to printing back to back. The docs I receive from Downey Savings automatically print back to back.
I like the idea of saving paper, but I don't like when page 1 of the Adjustable Rate Rider automatically prints on the Acknowledgment page of the DOT.
Just an opinion, my own :-)
