Priority Signing

I was on the BBB website to see the status of my complaint against Priority Signing and their rating has changed to a "D". Please be aware of them. I did this signing back in February and I still have not been paid. They claim they have mailed me a check three times....yeah right!! Tell me another one.

Tracy,
Which location of Priority Signing are you referring to? I did one in May for the Newport Beach location.

I had collection problems last month with a company that used to pay @ 30 days, and now takes 60 days. I used the collection letter I obtained from here and with a 5-day demand for payment, I received a check 2 days after I e-mailed the collection letter. The "search" function is not working at this moment, but you can find it from there when it is. Good luck to you, and keep us posted on the outcome. I have one from May that was due yesterday, from the Newport Beach location, I will post the outcome of payment.

Priority Signig is a SS that you work for them one time and you dont want to work for them anymore in your life. I did one for them and will be the last one. I will never work for them not even if they pay me 200.00 unless I get the check in the o/n package.

I have tried the demand letter, nice phone calls to Jessica and Robert, billing reminders. Then the calls became threatening with a complaint to the BBB but I think they thought I was kinding because no payment. When I called and told them that I followed through and that they can expect something in the mail, they got mad. They keep telling me that they have mailed me a check (three times now) but I have never seen anything. Good luck to you because even though I will NEVER stop trying to get my money, I hope they pay you right away.

I just went through this with another company. They claimed that they mailed me a check, they gave me a check number and the date it was cut and mailed. They accused me of losing the check, and demanded an alternate address, I informed them that they used this address to send the documents without any problems. It took me 60+ days to collect. I used the collection letter from here on the 60th day. The check I received had the same check number of the one they accused me of losing and it was postmarked for the date I sent the collection letter; with no explanation of where they found it (probaly sitting in their office the whole time). I had been informed that a stop payment was issued on that check so I called to see if it was a good check. I was informed that it was perfectly good, and to deposit it. I received an e-mail from them stating that I was very rude to send them such a collection letter, with an entire history of how the owner started this company single-handed and built it into a company with 11 employees. I guess they were somehow trying to make me feel guilty for the collection (go figure).
