Question re: Additional Fees!

Had an afternoon signing which borrower cancelled, one-half hour before appointment. Title company still agreed to full-fees (e-docs). Later, Loan Officer asks if I can re-sechedule with the same borrower for later on tonight (that he would pay additional fees). I said no, but could meet borrower tomorrow, for which he agreed. However, this time, he did not mention additional fees for this next day signing.

Question: Do I ask for additional fees?

I would charge a cancellation fee for day one, and full fee for day two.

I'd also invoice the two days events seperatly and not on a combined bill.
