Reprint fee?

Just got finished printing docs for an 8 pm appointment and the company calls and says there is an error with the docs and they will have to be resent and reprinted. I've never had this happen before. Should I mention an additional charge for having to reprint the docs?

I wouldn't unless it's one of those low ball companies...

IMO....I would call them and ask for a revised pricing. No reason their error should be your expense and I wouldn't proceed with signing until they send new revised confirmation. IMO. Not advice, this is just what I would do.

Reprint fee? Of course!

Why would you NOT require an additional fee?! Unless your fee is high enough already, or there are just a few pages. If you've printed 100 pages times two copies, then you've justified your original edoc fee. How much of a break you choose to give the people who made the error is up to you, but definitely you should charge something.

Yes, you should get a revised confirmation.

Yes!

I would ask that an email be sent confirming a second print fee before I made another copy.
