I don't wannt anyone else to end up with the same touble I am having getting my money from them. I have been repeated told taht the owner or bookkeeper will return my call. She never has! If you have had a similar problem, please let others know.

If you do a search for Signatures Plus or Sign on the X (SOX) - you will find they have done this to many, many people.

I finally received payment from January and it bounced so high! People need to do something when this happens and not just let it go. I'm turning the check over to the District Attorney's office if I can get a real physical address so I know which county to present it to. I called the the Title and Mortgage companies to let them know of the late payment and the bounced check. I'm tired of having to waste my time and energy to track these companies for payment. I'm going to try and do everything I can to make sure they go out of business! If the NSA really wanted to help notaries they would help with this problem.

Yeah I recently received a payment from them that bounced also. I sent an email over the weekend when I found out about it. And told them that if the situation wasn't cleared up immediately I would be contacting my attorney. I called first thing Monday am and was told that I owner was out of town and returning that day. So I called again later in the day and was told that she got my message and cut me a new check. I said since we both bank at the same bank I would like for my money to be deposited into my account. The owner got on the phone and had no remose for the bounce check, she didn't even apologize. She just said that my money would deposited that day and it was.

But you are right something needs to be done about this issue because how do they expect us to stay in business when they don't keep the end of the agreement. I don't know how they manage to stay in business.

You mean like the other thread about Signatures Plus that is 10 threads below this one?

This is old, old news on this board. Stick around, you'll quickly learn which companies are to be avoided at all costs.

Well please enlighten us! So what other companies are notorious for doing this?

Re: Signatures Plus, is there more than one?

I have gotten calls, always from a man, and he says the company is Signature Plus Mobile Signing Company. I tell him I don't work for S.P., and he says he's not the same company as them. Has anyone else heard of this?
