Slow NotRot

Wonder if they're doing maintanance on the web site. Sometimes the message loads immediately and sometimes it doesn't. Takes up to a minute or a little more to get some messages to load. DSL line in my area somewhere was cut Friday, but they fixed it by Saturday. Lost a couple of signings, but it IS up now and no other site seems to be affected now. It's almost painful to wait for a message to load.
