Slow in San Diego

Anyone else slow in San Diego? The only calls I have been getting is for modification loan and that is only $45.00. I think I would much rather spend time with my son instead of taking that!

I am not in San Diego (you lucky dog!!) but just have to say that I also thought the $45 was low for a modification loan until I did a few.

I only take them if they are very close to where I live. They literally take a few minutes with only one notarization and nothing to explain. It's easy money.

I agree that they are easy money and I have done several for NREIS but I personally would much rather spend time with my son instead!! Like you said, if they are really close to my house (gas in San Diego is NOT cheap!) I would not turn it down. It's sad that this is the only calls that I have been getting this month

At this point I have 7 appts already for tomorrow. Except for yesterday, this week has been BUSY!!!

It has been very slow for me this week. I have only had one appointment all week. I was busy last week. Hope it picks up.
