I did a closing for them on March 24,2006 still haven't got paid and also got charge the DHL bill to. Talk to company many time and the check in the mail haven't seen it yet!!!!!!

I owned a boat a few years back which I named, SOMA
It stood for Sitting On My A$$ , which is what I used it for
Good luck getting paid
Never put legible "sender " info for yourself on an airbill.
especially DHL/AIRBORNE. They are notorious for charging back to sender,
even if it clearly says to "bill receiver" with an acct #

Soma doesn't pay!!!! Don't work for them.

Completed a piggy back for a great fee. 30 days passed; no pay. Called and emailed. Was told they pay 30-45 days. 45 days passed, no pay. Called and emailed. Was told they pay 45-60 days. 60 days passed, no pay. Emailed my contact person and he said I'm sorry but the loan didn't fund; you won't get paid anything. I said the usual to him; I did my part; what about a print fee or trip fee. At first he said no. Then he said he would mail me $50.00 out of his pocket. I never received the money so I sent a demand letter. Got a call from a very rude man saying he didn't appreciate being threatened. Blah, Blah, Blah. Oh well, like I said, THEY DON'T PAY and Joel Hernandez is a liar. BEWARE.
