Some Months!
Boy I tell ya! Yesterday after a slow month I get scheduled a whopping 5 closings. I am thinking FABULOUS! Docs are arriving in a timely manner for all five. One signing was to go for Sunday but got re-scheduled for 8:30pm Monday. No biggie. I almost get all docs printed when I noticed on my 3:30pm there was no Mortgage or Note in the package. I call the Title Company and ask.....This can't be normal! She said there isn't one in there??? She called Countrywide and told me it was on it's way. Well 45 minutes later...nothing. My hubby has the other two. Everything going great on his end. Here comes the downward spiral............
I had to let go the 3:30pm appointment because it was a first and second and there was no way I was going to get done with that, complete my 5pm and make it to Hudson by 8:30pm for which that one was re-scheduled for the borrowers three times. So the borrowers really wanted to close. 2.5hr drive one way! It was now 4:15pm. So the 3:30pm bites the dust.
I make it to my 5pm on time, close that one. Feeling a bit better. Sorry I lost the one at 3:30pm. Get to Hudson 2.5hrs later(drive time) only to get through about two minutes for the borrower to go ape over the closings costs being twice what he expected, a 2nd mortgage was shown as a payoff and it was not supposed to be, a years worth of taxes paid without being told that. The bi-weekly payment quoted was not correct...yadda yadda!
I guess TC and Lenders don't explain everything!(referring to a previous anon post). So that one tabled.
Lost my 3:30pm which would have been a paying job for a tabled job to this morning's 8am which I lost because the docs did not arrive on time and the borrower is leaving for Madison WI. I already have a 10am that I PRAYING will work out! Sheesh! What a month!:-)

said they could not find anyone and all they were getting was voicemails. Next time I may just say....keep trying!! Either way...it would have tabled. The docs were all wrong. I don't normally go to Hudson! The farthest down I usually get is Turtle Lake WI. I try to keep all my travel at an 1hr to 1hr, 10mn.:-)
