I've been doing LS on crutches for days. I'm having Knee surgery in the morning.

Good luck Joe and be sure and to do all the rehab. You don't want to have the surgery again.

Joe Be careful with rehab

Friend of mine went back to golf too soon and is now having a 2nd knee surgery done.

I know you like to surf but do the rehab the way the doctor(s) tell you to do it.

Joe is a very good guy who have helped a bunch of notaries including myself!!

Joe,
Good luck and don't rush it. My sister had rotater cuff surgery in Jan, her surgeon said it was the worst tear he had ever seen, put 5 screws in her shoulder when he normally does 2. Do the rehab and don't rush it like everyone said. You don't want to do it again.
