Survey Affidavit

Doing a signing in Orange, Ca, for a property in NJ. Enclosed is a survey affidavit. Not comfortable stamping it, not familiar with the wording, has anyone had any experience with this?

I do survey affidavits almost everyday. What are you uncomfortable with? If you wish, you can fax me (see profile for number) the affidavit to see if it is the same as the ones I am familiar with.

I see them is almost 95% of my jobs. There shouldn't be any issues with them. Besides PAW's you can also fax it to me to see if its a standard form, Check my profile for info

It is not your role as a signing agent to "be comfortable" with a document - your job is to notarize the borrower's signature.

I'm with LynnNC.

Your "comfort" has nothing to do with notarizing a document, unless you know, and I mean KNOW, that a sworn statement above a jurat ("Subscribed and sworn to ..."Wink is false. Other than that, Survey Affidavits are a part of a lot of refi packages.
