This may be a silly question....

I have closed several Countrywide loans and I have never heard the term Countrywide "Wide Spectrum" documents...has anyone else?

You must be referring to Countrywide Full Spectrum

I believe that is their sub prime division. Large packages, but nothing extra ordinary:-)

I thought when the man said Wide Spectrum-he was meaning Full Spectrum. Thanks...just wanted to be sure.

Same thing, they tend to be 150+ page count packages.

And don't forget those late (last minute) downloads.

I love CW/FS

Maybe it's a branch thingy, but the 2 I deal with here in FL are
great to work with! No fax-backs, pkgs. around 100 pages.
One requires a date stamp, both require all non-signature pages
to be initialed, but I have found the brw's are always well-prepared
(an hour or less per appt.) and I must say these pay quite well
(fees above what the "normal" TC offers)
and payment is made weekly. Gosh I feel fortunate.
