TitleStream - Coppell TX

I did a signing for TitleStream on April 4. I've faxed my invoice over at least 3 times along with a W-9. I've emailed and tried to call (no answer). Anyone have any luck getting paid by these people? I sure invested a lot of time, gas, paper and energy into doing their job. How nice it would be if they'd be responsible enough to pay my bill.

I did a signing for this company on April 19th, and still have not been paid. They phoned with another signing last week, and after I refused I pointed out they still owed me money. The guy phoning did not respond, he just hung up!

Okay. I did a closing for them also - here are some numbers that I have: Scheduling Manager - 972-956-8756; National Manager - 877-843-9718. I have been in contact with the person who sent me the docs (by e-mail) and he told me he would "look into this". Just e-mailed him again - will let you know if I get any response.

Did the loans fund?

Isn't Titlestream one of those companies that if the loan doesn't fund, the notary doesn't receive payment? I may be wrong, but seems like I saw somewhere on this board that may be the case. I would check into this or try looking online into the public records of the county, if at all possible, to see if the deed/mortgage recorded.

Julie - I did a reverse mortgage signing for them on April 4th as well. I called last week about payment and spoke with a lady with some sort of an accent in Accounts Payable. She said that the payment for the closing I did would be sent out on 6/9/06. Perhaps it'll be the same for you. A two-month turnaround is certainly not my idea of timely payment, but I am looking forward to getting that check. Good luck!

I'm still waiting for payment for 3/24/06 signing which I have spoken to Tina again today and she said she mailed my payment for 3 signings I did on 6/2 still waiting.
We need to all get together on these kind and all send e-mails for collections at same time everyday till we get paid maybe that will get their attention.
