To my last night's borrower.....

I realize that That 70's Show is the best sitcom that has ever been on the television, E V E R, but you are signing papers that say that you are borrowing over $500,000. Don't you think you could tear yourself away from the tv long enough to see what you're signing? I wouldn't put all my trust in "Lisa" the loan broker to handle all of that for you.
But, thank you for making it a true, 'just point and sign" signing! It was one of the quickest signings for a 1st and 2nd that I've had!

I did a refinance last week (thursday evening) that took

all of 20 minutes to finish. The couple was so anxious to get done because they were waiting to watch ER

I had one where they signed during the commercials. It was that dnce contest show.

It is their money, their life, their interest rate, they wanta have one eyeball on the docs and one on the tube, ok by me....what can you do...
