Vista Print

Any one has any comments on the print quality/ service this company provides?? Good? Bad? I am looking to get some custom business cards/ brochures thru them and would like to get some feed backs.

I've also read some where on the net about consumer complaints being filed against Vista for preying on unsuspecting customers who order thru their website by charging extra on their credit cards with unwanted third party memberships. Did this happen to any one??

Thanks.

I've bought several items thru VistaPrint. My only complaint is that the first business cards I ordered, the box broke and along with the boxes of other peoples cards. The Post Office picked up 100 of the 250 cards and mailed them to me, with about 10 other peoples cards. VistaPrint had more cards overnighted to me, and I had them the next day. I've not had any problems with quality or charges to my cc.

I just purchased business cards for the first time with vista print. the cards are fabulous! I even got an extra 250 cards for 5 cents. BUT, they tricked me and I accidentally signed up for some 3rd party website that required a 19.95 per year membership fee to join. I called vista and they immediately removed the charges and cancelled whatever memberships I created.

I've used VistaPrint for all my business cards, brochures, postcards, etc. Very satisfied with the quality and service.

They have been fine. Thanks for the heads up on the 3rd party memberships, though. I will keep a look out.

Re: Vista Print-I was happy with the post card stock but

never happy with their business card stock, I wanted a higher quality card stock. Notary Rotary has excellent business card stock and offers freebies from time to time, if you are fortunate to get in on this offer you will have enough business cards sent to you by NOTROT to last a lifetime.

I recently received my "free" cards from Vista Print. The quality was not bad actually. However, I thought the font could have been larger. The font came back about Arial 10- too small if you ask me. Even so, the cards are attractive. They did try to get me to agree to a
faster shipping" fee, of course I declined. The moral of the story is to ask them lots of questions until you know what they are sending you and for how much.

If I remember right, I chose the font size on the freebies I got from them. They were good but notrots Are much better. (and I'll be giving them out till I'm 90!) I have ordered several things and all as been well. Some postcards I ordered were all messed up due to comp problems they were having, but they gave me no probs resending them the right way. I think the third party charges might be that "special deal" that pops up after you've ordered. Just read thru before you accept (or say NO)
