I got it too. I'm not on my regular computer, so I couldn't open the power point file.
Did you read it? If so, what did it say?
After my 4 deals that wouldn't go through today, I am curious.
I get so sick of dealing with scum of the earth, lying L/O's who
refuse to deal with their own clients at the table because they
KNOW they know they have been lied to.
How's that for adjectives? Sheesh! Do I sound jaded?

I too received this email. The coincidence is I just moved in right by a mobile home community. So I called. The gentlemen told me as their field rep, you get contact info of the mobile homes for sale, send it to them, and if they end up financing for that mobile home you get paid $250 when the loan funds. Almost sounds too easy. I am going to talk to the managers of the mobile home park to get their opinion on this.

My very first closing was for Western Finance over two years ago. They agreed to a "big bucks" fee of $75, but when my check came it was for only $65. I had to fight with them for weeks to get the additional $10, and they did eventually pay it. I never heard from them again.

As I said it was my first assignment, so I didn't know to charge more for the 10 pictures I had to take of the inside and outside of the property with their disposable camera.
