Miss borrower started to sign my journal in the wrong place. So the next entry has her first initial in it. Should I cross it out? I know I shouldn’t have a blank entry. Should I have the next signer sign next to her initial?

Drawn a line through the whole space, note briefly what happened. Mistakes happen, it won't hurt to have a "blank" space like this, as long as you explain why it's blank!
