Wierd happening
Has anyone ever heard of a SS asking you to pay the postage on return envelope before a signing? That the loan company had a weird policy with them and that the SA needed to pay for the postage and the signing company would immediately reimburse? I fell off that turnip truck? Has anyone else had this experience lately?

Have not had the experience yet. Sure hope you told them "where to go and the quickest route to get there!" Funniest thing I've heard in a long time. LOL LOL

Just remember, "No." is a complete sentence.
Or, "I'm sorry, that's not possible." Lather, rinse, repeat

That was a good one.....will keep that in mind. I simply said, "I have an idea! you call Kinko's here and leave your credit card number and then I will mail. And if I need any supplies, I am sure that you will not mind me using that open ended card?

I did that once - but they said to include the amount in my invoice. I was paid 4 days later.

Then you must of known them and trusted them. I am so glad that they paid you.

I have done it, paid within the week. It was a title company direct. I don't know how much I trust signing service though. But it does happen.

Re: Weird happening
Ya I have done this a few times. It was specifically listed on my order confirmation fee $?? + shipping charges. I didn't get paid for it until the full signing fee was paid though.
