Witness ???

I am doing a purchase tomorrow and the Realtor is going to be present. Can she act as a witness to the docs that require a witness ?

A Witness to a financial transaction should not have a finacial interest in the transaction.
It could be misconstrued as a conflict of interest.
If she were earning a commission on the sale, that would be a financial interest.
I'd find a disinterested party.
