Witness only Signing Explanation
Will you veteran signers please explain the difference between a "witness only signing" (i.e. refinance witness only signing) and the other witness signings. I am a new notary signing agent trying to find out all I can. I am currently reading NNA's Signing Agent Course and also plan to become a Notary Rotary member soon. However, this question arose while I was reviewing a "Vendor Information Sheet" for a signing service.
