fingerprinting

I'm considering adding fingerprinting to my services. I would like input from those that are
already offering it. Is it profitable? Where can I learn more? How do you charge and where
do you get the business? Thanks for your help!

I offer it, but I've not done many. I did one or two for an attorney being licensed in another state, and I did a few for employment applications. I don't market it separately, but it's in my notary advertising and PR materials. Fee is about the same as a trip fee - $25 to $45, depending on amount of time spent traveling. Not sure of the demand for it in where it would make a significant impact on your bottom line. If you find where it does, I'd be interested in knowing how!

I am considering this and would like to know a bit more. Do you do complete set of prints or just the thumb print like may banks use now. I see where the supplies for the thumb print are available from this website. Is there more involved ?
