has anyone heard.....

of United Land Services in New York. They called me for a signing and when i asked how much they pay, I was quoted $85. When I was emailed the confirmation, it said $75 as per our conversation. I immediately emailed back and said you quoted me $85 when i asked How much do you pay. She emailed back "$85 is agreed upon." She knew she tried to get over. So make sure you check confirmations. Now i'll believe her when the check is in the mail.

I completed an overnight refi for $140.00 on 1-26-06. They sent me a check 04-27-06 $100.
The note enclosed stated they did not agree to the fee on my invoice. I sent them a copy of email confirmation.The documents sent to borrower and the fee. Companies like this drive me drive me nuts!!!!!!

Had the same thing happen to me.....never did get the rest of the $$. I then found out from another notary that they told her they could'nt use me cause I made to many mistakes. Lots of liars in this industry. They got me on three of them.... agreed fee for local (10 miles) overnight docs was for $100. they paid me $75 for each. Bank of New York was the lender.
I did them in January and finally collected in April after countless faxes...phone calls etc.....

Yes, that's very accurate. Where there's money, there is lots and lots of bullsh. scattered around...we definitely work in a "moneyfied" industry.

Some people have lied so long, they believe what they say!
