is there a water resistant cell phone available?

I have had to wear a water resistant watch for years and it has become apparent to me that I need a water resistant cell phone too. Mine is down again because it has to dry out.

I am afraid that the wet cell phone is nature's way of making us take it away from our ear.

I have solved that problem and purchased a second one off of ebay twice now. The last one cost around $50.

I have t-mobile with the "sim" card...and a penchant for dropping my phone into a dish of water in the car (for the dog - forgot it was in that little hole in my console - splash!).

And, I drop it in dishwater or the lavatory where I am washing my handwashables.

I used to stress over it but decided a second phone is the way to go. Open up the wet one, pop out the battery and sim card, put it into the dry one and I am back in business.
