Anon, after various emails, calls and letters, I filed a complaint w/ the BBB. The vice president Walt B (I forgot his last name, but I do have it in my files) contacted me 3 days after I submitted my complaint and I was paid within a week! So, if all else fails, file a complaint w/ the BBB. It worked for me
