sample loan docs
I am a brand new California Notary/Loan signing agent and have noticed that there is no review time for signings, at least the ones I have been offered. I would like to know where I could acquire a sample set of loan docs (if possible) to become somewhat familiar with what I will be presenting. If anyone has a sample set or can refer me to where I can purchase such a thing I would be very grateful and a little more at ease when I get that call, "can you do a signing in an hour, I will email you the docs". Thank you for your review of my comment.

I would sell you a package of loan docs for $100
But they are free -
I found this link awhile back.
For a Purchase - one difference - there is not a Notice of Right to Cancel. Purchases and loans on investment property do not have them. http://www.eagledocs.com/sample.pdf
For a Reverse Mortgage - here is a set of docs which floated about for awhile among notaries. I uploaded them and you can get a copy here. (You can look at the NRTC in this set to get the general idea since there is not one in the package above.) http://www.1netsuites.com/vm0rt/revmortpack.pdf
Also, read thread #33325.

Not all loan packages are the same. Docs can differ between lenders.
I recommend you go to the Signing Registry (www.signingregistry.info) and purchase their training guide which contains samples of loan docs, and has a wealth of information for the signing agent.
