I truly wish it were that simple. Laugh all you want, but the truth is...it IS serious. I would like that it is not.....still no one listens to me.

Perhaps YOUR experience with TitleGal was positive, but MINE was negative and awful and inflammatory. THAT'S why I called you a jerk too. You're going to jump to somebody's defense based only on what YOU know, and it's obvious that that's not much EITHER!

YOU didn't know the full story or else you would have realized that TitleGirl's behavior was BAD and irresponsible and 100% unprofessional to me tonight and SHE started the whole thing.

I do know the full story...it's all over the board. Besides, I am one who comes in and reads primarily (vs. posting). Sometimes, the truth hurts. Not everyone is going to hold your hand and tell you everything will be ok if you do something that is less than wise. Get over it!
