some companies
today i get a call from a company that i have done before. they wanted me to go to the same city that i done the other signing but for less money. i need the job but something would't let me do it.

I had the same thing happen this week. Last week I quoted my fee...no problem. This week I got "I'll have to see if I can get that approved".

Maybe I missed whether or not you said it was the same lender...if it was not the fee may have been lower??? Maybe a different title company and the contract was lower???

I said the contract was lower...I meant the ss had bid the contract lower with the title company to get a bundle of jobs and it decreased the margin of profit for the ss.

Just because an SS is getting less fees for volume from it's clients, does not mean you need to lower yours. Stick to your fees, you are the one running your business, not them.
Untill these companies start sending W-2 forms instead of W-9's, they need to need to remember this.
