I have a company that I do this for all the time. At first it was hard to decifer all of their instructions but once I got the hang of it, it was no big deal. They pay more than others and I think it's due to the split package.

yes is Countrywide but, who want the split package is the SS.

of course...and I'll bet you that, before you send back the docs, you need to do alot of faxback, get a blessing from the ss, and THEN send it back to a location in CA and AZ (am I right?)

I had 1 last month. It was EOM and the SS contacted me, it was edocs. Escrow sent the instructions. I was a little confused at first but it was actually very easy. I didn't have to make copies for borrower, I didn't have to do any faxbacks and yes it was Countrywide. I just sent tiltle their papers and Countrywide theirs and I was all done. I was also paid VERY well. I don't mind doing those at all.
