update info with SS

First when I started about 2 years ago, I signed up with some SS that I never heard from ever after that. What I need to do is to update my information with them (hello…I am a life and now have the experience) what is a good idea to do that.

Can't hurt. Might not help...just because they may never have business in your area. I have some companies where the only time I hear from them is during their annual "update your info" e-mail. What do you have to lose? Only warning...don't do this during end of month rush. Oh... and the word is "alive" not a life, OK?
