100k E&O insurance for $163

Has anyone purchased E&O insurance from Einerson Surety? They offer 100K, NO deductible, 4 years coverage for $163 and Notary Rotary for $468!!! Pretty ridiculous...What is the difference from this two policies? Does anyone know???

No, but considering that most of them are worthless anyway, I'd go with the cheaper worthless policy. Please post link or contact info for this company.
