2 Loans

Last night I performed a signing, on confirmation and on phone it was 1 loan, borrowers received docs , until I arrived I did not know it was for 2, I added an additional fee and just received a new confirmation for 1 loan amount, what do you do in an instance like this?

Call and tell them the situation, and they should adjust your fee. SS often don't know there is an additional loan.

I did, and they sent the confirmation at the same fee today.
I guess e-docs or package sent to me would have worked out better in this case.

Call the ss and explain the situation again. Tell them you want a confirmation with the appropriate fee. Make sure it is your full fee for a piggyback and not "thier fee". After all that is the cost of business when they don't have the details needed to offer the correct fee. If they don't meet your fee you may consider contacting who hired them and advise them of the situation.
