I did a deed signing for them about a month ago. They paid pretty quickly. Haven't done any refi's yet.

They are a really good company to work with and they pay promptly. I have done several refi's and deed signings for them.

BUT, if your fee is low (65) then that doesnt tell us much.

I charge more than that and they are hesitant about meeting my fee.

I was paid more then $65.00 from them, I will not work for them if they lowball me. I do not receive steady work from them, but have done a few. I just stated that they met my fee and paid in a timely manner. I presume it depends on how many notaries are in a particular area, as to what they may be willing to pay. I have had alot of companies offer a rate that I refused, they either accept what I quote them, or they say they will call me back if they can get that amount approved. Sometimes they call back, sometimes they don't.

I did a 1st and 2nd for them. They met my fee which was not low and paid quickly! Would work for them anytime.

I would work for them anytime as well SLP. As long as they meet my fee which is not $65.00.
