Contact the lender & the borrower. Tell them they will also be named in legal action,

I was under the impression with all I'd read that doing as you suggest is a big no no. It seems that all of the more experienced notaries strongly urged another notary not to do this. MDNSA, perhaps you should rethink.

You're absolutely right, there is no way the borower should be bothered by any of this. A call to the lender to inform them that Accusigning isn't paying their notaries is ok, but a call to threaten them with legal action is just stupid.

Hey what did you have to do to get paid??? I have contacted them a few times and nothing yet! Any advise? I did a signing for them in early January...had to go back twice (per their request) they agreed to pay me double my fee...and now nothing!

Help.
