Administrative Remedy

I received a phone call from a fellow by the name of Les from AZ and we was looking for a notary in my area to do several administrative remedies for clients are are in real estate default. I did a little research and discovered that it is NOT advised to do without the advise of an attorney. Has anyone had any experience with these docs?

I can't be sure, but I think he's the same guy that called me in FL last week to do the same thing. He wouldn't go for my fee, and I haven't heard back since.
I was under the impression that it was a 'traveling notarial act' and that I would only be responsible for printing 20 or 30 pages of docs, notarization of 5 pages, and dropping said paperwork in the FedEx.
As for the "Adminstrative Remedy" language, I can only assume that the homeowner is the party that should consult with their attorney prior to signing. As for me, I would just be there to witness, notarize and ship.
Anyone else have more info?
