Aff of mort. loan closer

Anyone ever seen this document in the mortgage package? I dont have a problem with it, but just never came across it until now. Anyone else come across it often in their states and every day work environment?

thanks

I see these on occasion and sometimes they contain different types of information. Some may require our signatures.... some not.... depending on what it contains. If it states something to the effect that you i.d.'d the borrower's, gave them copies of their loan doc's, etc., then you can change the signature block to read "signing agent/notary" and sign it. If it contains something to the effect that all funds have been disbursed, instructions followed, etc., than this would be for the title company to sign.
