I tried that....I did a 50 mile radius of Tucson and Nogales. An Angela showed up. I called her but it was not Angelina. Is that her real name or only her handle?

I live in Chandler (Phoenix area). She told me the other day she lived south of Tucson. I just did a signing this week for a lender that now is having their LO's call me for signings all over the state. I really don't have any SA contacts in the Tucson area to refer lenders to. Thanks for your suggestions, Charm_Al.

the only other thing I can think of is that Brenda_TX has her e-mail address, if you can get ahold of Brenda....anyway, good luck.

I hope this helps!
I don't work Tucson but the following is the guy that I always recommend. I got his name from a company out here that I work with and they love him!!

His profile is a little skimpy but he has a very good reputation in Tucson. That's all I know.

I sure would make
it easier if everyone would connect to their profile. I did talk with a SA in Tucson and got the lender in contact with her. Man! I felt like a signing service there for a while!

You are crackin' me up!
Sorry the link didn't work. His name is James Rourke and his number is (520) 245-0126.
I know you probably never thought about it this way... but... maybe I didn't attach my profile on purpose. I like to be able to say what I want to say on this board. My name is not the most common so I'm sure that some of my clients recognize me but if I don't link my profile... I hopefully can't be blackballed ahead of time by people that might not like my sense of humor. When it comes to being an SA... I am totally professional... when I come here... I kick off my heels and pantyhose and let down my hair... if you know what I mean!
I know you were just trying to send biz my way and I appreciate it!

If you ever need anyone in Tucson again, I'm down here in the Old Pueblo, and I'm full-time in case you get a last minute call. Just got back or I would have been happy to help you; glad you found someone!

Thank you Tucson SA's. Please send me an email with contact info. This happens a lot where I get calls for Tucson and I don't have contacts to refer them to. I'm not a SS and never plan or want to be but when I have LO or TC's that are happy with my services, they always want me to refer them to someone I know. Thanks again

MB...I just realized you live in the same town as
my in-laws...Chandler! It's truly grown a lot in the last few years...I was there at Thanksgiving. I recall flying in to Phoenix and seeing all those pretty subdivision lots...and some with waterways, in the sky as I landed.
For some reason, subdivisions are pretty things to me, but then again, that's all I do. At this point in time, I'm an expert at subdividing land in California.
Now, if only I had a few mil, I could do a bang up job of it...probably better than my builder clients. The difference is...they have the dough, I have the smarts. Few of them have huge construction loans anymore...the trend is to buy, with cash. Very few partial recons nowadays...which is nice.
