Anyone else get this email?
Signing xxx xxxxxxxxxx Document Signing Service is looking for signing agents who have experience with Reverse Mortgages. If you are a Notary Signing Agent who understands Reverse Mortgages then we need your expertise. Signing xxxxxxis a member of the National Reverse Mortgage Association, and as such we and the signing agents we use must adhere to a strict code of conduct.
The email goes on to give their website address. They are a $50.00 company up to 45 miles away. For all the "expertise" needed and "adherence to a strict code of conduct", they sure don't want to pay for what they expect.

Been receiving several unsolicited "signing contract" offers this past week. I love the way they want contract for "peanuts" but want only the "best & most experienced" signing agents. Yeah right! I don't even bother to respond, just delete them.

I received that email as well so we must share a listing somewhere. Not sure about anyone else, but my fee for a Reverse Mortgage is $300 and I've been getting it.

Same here Kelly. We are located near a heavily-popluated retirement area. $350.00 is the mininum for reverse and have had no problem getting paid. In all cases here, the loan officer is present, which helps tremendously.

Re: Anyone else get this email? - Good for you Kelly.
I cannot get that much, but 1/2 that much is not bad either.
