Basic Power of Attorney Question

I've done a search on POA's and learned a lot, but I still need a simple question answered. Better to sound dumb here than make a mistake out there. (this is my first POA)

Do I notarize the actual copy of the POA and also attach an ack?

The POA should already be completed and notarized by someone else prior to the closing. If it's not, I would question it's validity. Something might be different in CA about it, tho. Good luck!

It's not for a closing - its in conjunction with an Advance Health Care Directive.

If the doc has the correct ack wording for CA, use it. If not, attach a loose cert. Not both.
