Changing State and County in Loan Package

I have a signing this evening and when printing the package, I have noticed that all Acknowledgements have State of Utah, County of Davies. This is the location of the property, however the borrowers are Professors at a University here in Eastern Kentucky, which is where the transaction is taking place.

Should I put a line through each one and replace with State of Kentucky, County of Knott?

Yes, that is YOUR block and you need to correct and initial to reflect where the signing is taking place.
