Is anyone else having trouble getting payment from PA Settlement Services/Pittsburgh, PA and National Closing Solutions/Coppell, TX?

Yes! You have to keep "Hounding" them.
It's Pitiful how you have to chase some of these people. If I don't hear anything from them today They will just have to go to collections.

I have worked for The Notary Biz and each time I've worked for them they were super helpful and paid within 30 days.

There are 2 different ones that everyone gets confused.
There's Notary Biz and THE Notary Biz. The one I did the signing for was The Notary Biz.

I've done a few signing for THE Notary Biz. Meet my fee and pay within 30 days. I enjoy working with them. So far everything has been great. Last one was In February, received payment in 33 days. Holiday caused the delay. All others were 30 days and under.
