Congratulations Joan Bergstrom & Kelly Robertson...
Glad to here that you're actively participating in the National Advisory Council. I wish I could elaborate more here, but it goes against the board rules for mentioning other competitors of NotRot.
But, you'll both know what I am talking about. Good luck ladies!!!

Shoot! I was hoping for some conspiracy theory...
or some notary public cover up. But dang! You took the "unsolved mystery" out of it!!

LOL..if you get time..can you email me with....
the info? I don't always have time to read every post I'm trying to find a way to get all these new laws gathered. A TC gal I work for told me that there are going to be many changes soon ie. Fraud Act/Identity theft, Patriot Act, Title 18 U.S. Code.
One of the things she told me is...they think it will be illegal to fax a copy of a signed notarized document soon..faxbacks. So, I'm trying to gather the info so I can post the links to all of it. It's a shame we don't have a signing agent association who employs a attorney to weed thru it all.....have a great week!

Thank You Korey - Hi Joanie
What an honor and a fantastic opportunity as well. Sharon Hassler is one smart lady, always one step ahead and very innovative in thought. I am in awe over her vision for our industry as a whole - Sharon is definitely "going places". In case anyone is wondering, this opportunity was not at all a "joint" venture -- we all met independently and did not know what the other was doing at the time. I love the path that brings "like-minds" together and without any threat or ego, helps one another be successful. Synchronicity is a powerful tool!
