Thanks! I have just called them and they are faxing me the form I need to fill out and fax back to them with any back up I have and they would have their attorney reveiw!!! Way to go! Thanks for the information!

Small Claims Court Victory !!

I just won in Small Claims court against them. They did not show up. And have not contested the claim.
