I called this number and in fact did speak with Duane. He said that anyone else that calls this number will be paid last, simply because it's his personal number. DO NOT shoot the messenger--he asked me to post this message b/c people were calling and hanging up.

It doesn't look like this guy is paying anybody, so what's the difference if you're last on the list of people he isn't going to pay?

If he owed me money, I'd be calling that number several times a day, every day, until he sent me payment.

I would tend to agree, where so many have reported non-payment. He promised a check by ON delivery. If he makes good, I will post the outcome. I encourage other people to do likewise, so that we can see if what he and I discussed is for real.

There's no way I'd let some non paying jerk tell me what number to call. I would call him so much he'd pay me just to get me to leave him alone.
