Delaware. Witness State??

I am doing a refi tonight in New Jesey for a property in Delaware.

Are there any witness rules I need to know?

I called a county recorders office in Delaware and was told that the Mortgage does not need any witnesses and long as the document is notarized it is acceptable for recording.

It may not be a witness state but it is an attorney state.
