Rather than putting a copy on your website, you are free to put a link to it instead. Why? Because if there is a change that must be made, then I wouldn't be able to incorporate the change our your copy. With a link, if I make a change to the form, then that change will be reflected in any downloads linked from your site as well as others.

What ever you feel necessary. I suggest you link to the directory, rather than the doc itself, as there may be other forms or documents that would be of interest to your visitor.
