It looks like they are a company that helps to obtain specific records for litigation. This only came up because I was called to have medical records notarized. I was thinking along the lines of Workmans comp issues.

If you check out their website...if they have one, you can probably get more details on them. They are in the yellow pages so you can give 'em a call and ask more questions. Eventhough it's in Texas, a lot of Texans may not work with them because they may have in house notaries and such. Good luck!
