Diversified Settlement Services out of PA

I've worked with them several times... most recently on Monday...they are good folks and pay my fees without a question. They are also organized.....I'lll take all I can get from them.

I usually give all companies one chance (unless they are VERY bad news)
I've never worked with them, but they sound okay on the phone (at least they knew what a re-fi, or 1st & 2nd is) I guess I'll give them a shot.
