(rant on) Gotta love this one from a SS,

1. Mistakes found on a returned package - $50 deduction from your fee
2. Call on arrival and call after signing, if you dont, - $50 deducion from your fee
3. If your going to be late, don't call the borrower.
4. oh yeah, almost forgot, we can cancel the appointment, not tell you, and we will pay $15 for the docs printed. - Priceless

So for those who take $50 signings...they could end up owing if lowball companies use this set up???? 4 mistakes and there went a week's work!

They forgot the infamous

1.If your left sock is saggy even though your pants cover it you get paid nothing.

Good grief I would give the signing back if the confirmation stated any of those.
