DocPros what's up with them?

Got a call from DocPros (i've done a few for them a while back). I accepted the assignement. I get to the borrowers house and the package is a purchase loan. DocPros did not tell me this nor did it say this anywhere on the confirmation. It took me 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete. The borrowers had questions galore and no one was available as it was after 6 pm. Well, needless to say I am going to add an additional fee to their confirmation and inform them that I didn't appreciate them not telling me about the loan being a purchase, which I've done probably 4 purchase loans in my signing agent career, but not for this particular lender.

Much success to all
Allison

I have no personal experience with DocPros but it's not unusual for a SS to not know all the facts about a closing especially if there is a mortgage broker involved.
